I believe that therapy can be helpful for most people; whether you are in crisis or wanting an outside perspective on a difficult issue.

I think of myself as a mirror to support you in seeing your blind spots that may be causing emotional pain. I believe in helping you minimize your suffering and distress through self acceptance and compassion.

I see many bright, self motivated and successful adults who benefit from having a thought partner for complicated moments.

I have particular skill in working with women, LGBTQIA+ folx, and high masking autistic adults (self realized or diagnosed.)
